I have purchased an item, the payment has been cleared but I have not received the item, what should I do?

The log system must preserve all actions, it must be consulted with the administration team.

I sold an item, the payment was cleared but I haven't received payment, what should I do?

The log system must preserve all actions, it must be consulted with the administration team.

I went to consult the logs and noticed sudden changes, why?

When items are sold/purchased, a log is created temporarily linking the information to the player's account only, the intent is to feed logs with more information.

Example when items are purchased and distributed to account characters through redemption, new logs are generated to indicate which character purchased the item, preserving the purchase date and sale IDs, and old logs are updated and depending on deleted once all information is already meets with its conclusions.
